Sometimes we need a reminder of our inner strength and focus. Affirmations are powerful tools to reframe your mindset and anchor you in the present. This mid-week exercise is designed to boost clarity and confidence in just 10 minutes.

Try this:

  1. Choose an affirmation: ‘I am calm, centered, and focused.’
  2. Say it slowly, either out loud or silently, for 10 minutes.
  3. Let the words anchor you in the present.
