Founder/Director:

Robert Stephen Strohmeyer is a social scientist, researcher, educator, and executive based in Portland, Oregon. With a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology and over 30 years of experience as a technology, science, and business journalist and startup leader, he explores the intersections of neuroscience, identity, personal and professional development, life transition, leadership, technology, and spiritual psychology.

Through his research and teaching, Robert explores the integration of depth psychology and neurodiversity with professional and personal life as a pathway to greater authenticity, resilience, and fulfillment. His work explores the application of these integrative principles in professional settings, helping leaders and organizations create environments where individuals can thrive holistically while achieving meaningful, values-driven success.
